Early AM: Ran 6 with Kim in our awesome 10 degree weather that has become typical for this Jan 2011.

Late AM: No good roads near work so had to make do with 3 more miles on the dreadmill. I actually didn't hate it as much as usual and it was nice to not have to wear so much gear. But I'm glad I was only doing 3.

Treadmills are not ALL bad, I promise!

Nice run this morning in the brrrr! BUT, on the bright side, the air is looking good again!

Tom, is something wrong? You only did 9 miles instead of 10. Just when you were getting predictable you go and pull a stunt like that, you wild man.

Hey Terry for the new year I'm getting wild & crazy. Check out last week I only did 1 10-miler, also a 9, 8, 11, 6, and 16 miler. Pretty radical stuff eh?

And don't forget my unpredictable sometime 2-a-days!

Still time for one more...

Dale probably not today, but I suspect that extra mile will show up at some point during the week :)
