Morning 6 miler very similar to the last 2 days, very WINDY!! It worked better for Kim to go later today so I was solo. Legs and hip feeling really good this week so just need to wait a couple more weeks or so for the cardio to catch up so my HR isn't so whacked out all the time.
Later went to gym for 30 min XT. Bikes were busy today so did 15 min each stairs and eliptical.
