Feeling a bit sluggish this morning so stopped after 6 miles.  Later went to the gym for 30 min XT + core.

Still feeling a bit sluggish. Not sure what the deal is, maybe because I don't sleep so good when my better half is out of town.

Nice run up/down Payson Canyon and around Salem area. Since I didn't want to do much downhill or high miles I took on the support crew duties and drove the van up to Payson Lakes, dropped everyone off then drove down to Beer Can and ran up to meet everyone and run down with them.  I repeated this process a few times of driving up ahead with the drinks, running to meet everyone then running a few miles with the group.  I thought it worked out pretty well, I'm enjoying this summer just running with no pressures and no speedwork.
