Early AM run in lovely 26 degree weather. It actually didn't feel too bad since I was dressed for it. Quads a bit sore from the steep downhill sections of the Saturday race. Later got to the gym for 30 min XT. Plan on doing some core work tonight.

Got out later for the run just before lunch. Still a bit nippy at that time especially when the sun wasn't shining but I was a bit overdressed so actually got a bit warm. Felt pretty klunky most of the run, too much fretting over work-related dumb stuff.

Early morning run. Can't seem to get my legs to want to move in this colder weather. Later went to the gym for 30 min XT + core.

Pretty much a repeat of yesterday, except that this time I had the lovely Kimi with for much of the morning run.

Six miles in the early morning. Kinda a broken record lately I know but at least I'm getting it done. My legs sure just don't want to go very fast lately, but since 2014 is going to be a kinda rest year for me I figure no need to worry or push the issue. Just ignore the watch and run at whatever pace feels most enjoyable. I found Kim, Janae & Jodie in the river bottoms and ran with them a bit. Temps pretty nice (around 40?) for November.

Lots of runners out on this dandy November morning. Ran with a variety of folks and finished up with Clay towards the end before heading up the hill and back home.
