Ran 5 with Kim on a windy but fairly warm morning. Then we parted ways and I ran 2 more while she put on her new coach hat and helped some 20+ ladies get started on a couch-to-5k 9 week beginning runner training program. Go Coach Kimmer!

Later went to the gym for 10 min XT and 2 miles BFOG. Brrrrr on the BF!

Nice start to the week! Grass is colder than the pavement when going BF but grass feels so good.

Terry I don't dare try BFOP. Maybe I'll try a dirt trail sometime and see how that goes. Wish there were more trails available to train on and more races on the trails. I think all my -itis's would be happier with dirt.

Sorry, I don't have any dirt trails handy. After running some BFOP I worry much less about injury to muscles, tendons, or bones from the running, but what I worry about is bruises from stepping on little pebbles and rocks. I guess that is what the Vibram 5 fingers or scandals are for.
