Went out this morning and felt about as sluggish as could be. I guess the wedding reception activities over the weekend really wore us out. I'm going to taper a little more than usual for the HM on Saturday and take it pretty easy for a week or 2 after that. Time to take a little mid-year break to recover from fairly hard training over the first half of the year.
